Account and Data Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your TUS account and personal data, please submit a request by email or through our contact form.
After we verify your identity, the deletion will normally be completed within 30 days (unless otherwise required by law).
What you can request
- Delete your account and all associated personal data
- Delete specific items (e.g., profile info, posts, messages, reviews)
- Stop marketing emails and remove marketing profiles
How to submit a request
- Use our contact form or email us at support@gold-jay-210264.hostingersite.com
- Please include:
- Your full name and TUS username (or registered email)
- A clear statement: “I request deletion of my account and personal data.”
- If you want partial deletion, specify which data
- We’ll send a confirmation email to verify your identity
- After verification, we’ll process your request and notify you when it’s done
👉 Please write from the same email address registered with your TUS account. If not possible, we may request additional verification.
Important notes
- Deleted accounts and data cannot be restored
- Some records may be retained if legally required (e.g., tax compliance)
- To unsubscribe only from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
