  • External SNS links or usernames (e.g., LINE, X/Twitter)
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Any other personal contact information

Violating this rule may result in account suspension without prior warning. Please follow the guidelines and use the platform responsibly.

Once deleted, your purchase history, transaction records, and feedback will be permanently removed.

If you’re not receiving emails, the following may be the cause:

  • The email address was entered incorrectly
  • The email was filtered to your spam or junk mail folder

If the email is in your spam folder, it means emails from TUS777 were flagged as spam.

Identity verification (KYC) is required only for vendors.

General users (buyers) do not need to complete identity verification.

If your identity verification is not approved after submitting your identification documents, we will send you an email with the reason for rejection.

  1. Information does not match our records
    This can happen due to the following:
  • Information was entered in the wrong form field (e.g., entering your street address in the municipality field)
  • Mismatch between your submitted personal information and the information on your ID
  1. Blurry or unreadable ID image
    This can happen due to the following:
  • Your ID image is difficult to read
  • The ID is damaged or heavily scratched
  1. Other reasons
    This may include:
  • Mismatch between your personal info and the info on the ID
  • Expired ID
  • A copy or scanned version of the ID instead of the original
  • Submitted image is a printed copy

We only allow one account per user.
If your phone number has already been used to verify another account, it cannot be used again.
To reuse your number, please delete the previous account first.
If you don’t remember which account used your number, please contact our support team.

To ensure a safe and secure experience for our users, we require identity verification by submitting personal information and valid identification documents.

Your account may be suspended if we detect activity that violates our terms of use or threatens the safety of our platform. Below are common reasons:

  • Multiple accounts: Each person may register only one account. Using or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Shared payment or contact information: Using the same payment method or phone number across different users is not allowed.
  • Sharing or accessing other people’s accounts: Letting friends or family use your account, or using someone else’s account, may lead to suspension.
  • Off-site communication: Exchanging contact information (e.g., email, Skype, LINE) to trade outside our site is not permitted.
  • Suspicious activity: Using VPNs, proxies, or temporary email/phone numbers during registration may trigger a risk flag.
  • Fraud or harassment: Posting false information, harassing other users, or abusing the dispute system is a violation.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us with details. We will review your case as quickly as possible.

Selling & Listing

There are no listing fees. However, a commission of 10% will be charged on each successful sale.

Terms of Use

There are no age restrictions to use this service.
However, if the user is a minor, they must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the service.

By using the service, minors are deemed to have obtained such permission.
