Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by TUS (“the Site”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Site regarding the use of the Services. Any guidelines or policies separately provided shall form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

“User” means an individual or entity that uses the Services.
“Content” means text, images, videos, software, and any other materials provided on or through the Services.

Article 3 (Account)

Users shall register with accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts; the Site is not liable for any unauthorized use.
When using third-party login (e.g., Facebook), Users shall also comply with those third-party terms.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals in Indonesia.
Criminal acts or acts encouraging such conduct.
Infringement of rights or interests of the Site, other users, or third parties.
Acts that interfere with or may interfere with the operation of the Services.

Article 5 (Transactions and Payments)

Users shall follow the procedures specified by the Site when making payments.
Fees, payment methods, and related regulations shall be determined separately by the Site.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Services belong to the Site or rightful third-party owners.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such materials without prior permission.

Article 7 (Suspension or Termination of Services)

The Site may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services without prior notice if:

System maintenance or updates are required.
Operation of the Services is difficult due to natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
The Site determines that continued operation is difficult for business or technical reasons.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Services are provided “as is.” The Site makes no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose.
The Site shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

The Site may change these Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms shall take effect once posted on the Site, unless otherwise specified.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

Article 11 (User Responsibilities)

Users shall use the Services at their own risk and shall resolve any disputes with other users or third parties at their own responsibility and expense.
